- HANDLE CONFLICT EFFECTIVELY
- LEARN HOW PATTERNS GOT ESTABLISHED & BREAK THEM
- MANAGE YOUR OWN STRESS WHILE HELPING HER
- DEVELOP HEALTHY INTIMACY IN ALL AREAS

Group will meet online, 1x a week for 12 weeks for 90 minutes. (Participants will be required to be on camera for group)
This is an interactive group , you will meet other men in the battle to learn & process and to grow in a safe, confidential environment.

The TOUGH LOVE Men’s Group is for Christian men who are walking the road of restoration with courage, humility, and a desire to become the man God has called them to be.
This isn’t a space for excuses — it’s a space for change.
If you’re sober, committed to recovery, and ready to take full responsibility for your healing and your relationship, this group will give you the tools, support, and brotherhood you need to move forward.
In this group, you’ll continue the work you started to:
- Understand the role of trauma, fear, empathy, and trust
- Support your partner when she’s triggered — without becoming defensive
- Break cycles of guilt, shame, and unhealthy patterns
- Navigate conflict with wisdom and compassion
- Manage stress while staying grounded in your healing
- Develop healthy emotional, spiritual, and physical intimacy
- Walk in integrity, accountability, and Christ-centered leadership
