50-55 minutes of coaching to work collaboratively on your goals.
This work can include Problem-Solving, Brainspotting, Boundary Work, Self-Discovery, Value Clarification, Full-Disclosure Work, Faith-Issues, Relationship Problems, Mentorship, Discipleship, 12-Step Work.

Couples & Family Coaching
I work with couples needing some coaching on communication, boundaries, and betrayal recovery work.
We can meet regularly or as needed to accomplish your needs.
