One of the many "beauty in ashes" of my life, is that through many different forms of struggles that I have experienced and overcame, I am able to connect with SO many different people and situations, and it is because of that, I often hear from my clients, that I am the first that they feel "truly understood". 

I have been married to my husband, Derek for 20 years and we have 3 teenagers, 1 girl, and twin boys! 

I am on this journey with you, experiencing the "trouble" we will have in this world (John 16:33) Though  I am so blessed that in my daily pursuit of grabbing ahold of the promises of God, I have found peace, joy, redemption and abundance in the life that I have today. 

I am the Partner of a spouse who is in recovery from many forms of addictions & have  learned what has been helpful (and NOT helpful) about recovering in 12 Step Programs with my husband & differentiating between trauma & co-dependency!  This journey has been difficult & also rewarding. 

And that is what why I feel called to coach...

To help women, families,  & couples find their own redemption experience & take back what the enemy is trying to steal, kill, & destroy in your life! 

In 1998 when I gave my life to the Lord, and over the past several decades I have been pursuing freedom though healing from generational trauma, attachment wounds, codependency, addiction, rejection, abandonment, and betrayal in many forms. 

I have over 17 years of sobriety from substance abuse/alcohol and have experienced the many benefits of attending 12- Step Meetings, and working the 12 Steps. 

While these experiences and the power of my testimony is invaluable to when helping others, I have pursued a graduate degree, ongoing trainings, and certifications  to provide evidenced-based, effective, & quality coaching to those I get the honor to serve.  My training & experience is listed below!
